Our policy lasts for 7 days, after which it is no longer possible to return your product. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, or any item that is returned after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
After-sales service
Once the product has been opened and used, if it is damaged, no returns will be accepted and no repairs will be made. Once the product has been used by the customer, it no longer belongs to us and is your sole responsibility.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
Only after inspecting the item will we inform you of our decision as to whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
If the item is not eligible, we will notify you of our decision and return the product to its owner.
If the refund is late or missing, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Items that are on sale are not refundable, only products with a contant price are refundable.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to: the address indicated as "the sender's address" on your parcel
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 150, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or taking out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
